1, range
1.1 the technical requirements of the ozone generator product classification, naming, requirements, reference standards, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage.
1.2 the technical conditions apply to the ozone generator (hereinafter referred to as the generator) in environmental pollution control.
2 classification and nomenclature
2.1 classification
2.1.1 generator is divided into air gap discharge type (tube type, plate type) and other types of gas discharge according to the basic ozone generator.
The 2.1.2 generator is divided into frequency (50Hz/60Hz), intermediate frequency (1000Hz - 100Hz) and high frequency (> 1000Hz) according to the discharge frequency.
The 3.1.1 generator is divided into low concentration (less than 10mg/l), middle concentration (10-50mg/l) and high concentration () and high concentration (> 50mg/l) according to the generation of ozone concentration.

4 requirements
4.1 basic requirements
4.1.1 generator shall be in accordance with the requirements of the technical conditions, and in accordance with the procedures approved by the provisions of the drawings and technical documents.
4.1.2 generator design should be according to GB5083, electrical design should be carried out according to GB4064.
4.1.3 generator electrical insulating components should comply with the high voltage insulation structure and performance requirements; in the corona discharge and ozone oxidation environment of insulating parts should also meet the requirements of the application environment of the physical (Mechanical) and chemical properties.
4.1.4 ozone generator parts and components of the shape and location of the technical requirements should be in accordance with the provisions of GB 1958.
4.2 performance requirements
Technical requirements for 4.2.1 ozone generation unit dielectric materials
The dielectric strength of the dielectric material used in the 4.2.1.1 ozone generating unit shall not be less than 2 times that of the actual work of the maximum dielectric strength of the ozone generating unit.
4.2.1.2 ozone generating unit in the use of dielectric materials, as medium intensity data is not complete, must tolerance test voltage (breakdown) experiments, and to withstand voltage experiment from the actual value as a medium strength basis; experimental method according to the provisions of the GB1408 were.

Technical requirements for 4.2.2 ozone generator unit electrode materials
The electrode material of 4.2.2.1 ozone generator unit should ensure the long-term stability of the ozone environment under the condition of corona discharge.
The electrode materials in the 4.2.2.2 ozone generator unit should meet the different conditions of different types of ozone generator.
In the 4.2.2.3 ozone generator unit, the surface finish of the electrode directly at the interface of the corona discharge should ensure the normal and stable corona discharge.
Technical requirements for performance test of 4.2.3 generator
The performance test of the 4.2.3.1 generator (including the ozone generating unit) shall meet the following requirements:
A) with air as the gas source, the dew point shall not be higher than the nominal value of the product index.
B) ozone concentration, ozone output, power consumption and other indicators of the product according to the nominal value of detection.
C) ozone concentration and yield test shall be carried out in the generator for half an hour, and the result is not less than 90% of the nominal value.
D) stability test: after 72 hours of continuous work, the yield was decreased by no more than 10% of the initial value.
Nitrogen oxides (E) detection: the concentration of nitrogen oxides in the generator with air as air source is not greater than 2.5% of the concentration of ozone NOX.
